The T&S Brass B0123M Pre Rinse Unit Spring Action Deck Mount 8" CTR is designed to control and direct water flow for rinsing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment in commercial sink areas. It is a controlled, high-pressure stream of rinse that is utilized in foodservice kitchens to remove food residue from cookware. The movable spring layout of the unit allows directional movement to be performed frequently by the unit, and the deck-mounted layout of the unit is compatible with the standard sink setups. It is used as a part of a pre-rinse system to ensure efficient cleaning operations in commercial kitchens.
