The Belleco BELC200901 Speed Control Potentiometer is used to control the speed of a motor in compatible commercial foodservice equipment that is connected to a 208/240V system. It has a rated ohms of 500 ohms, which is used to adjust electrical resistance to regulate the output levels during operation. This is fitted within the control circuit of the appliance and is interconnected with an integrated black and white wire with a diode to ensure the right direction of current. The circular shaft permits direct connection with an external control knob.
