The Blodgett BL11334 Pilot Burner burns by forcing gas through its 3/16" & 1/4" tube and the flame develops as it moves through the straight air duct forming a uniform pattern. The flame can be adjusted through the screw attached to it to ensure that it is properly adjusted. It should be installed in the pilot assembly of the commercial ovens and fit well, making sure it is in the right position to operate effectively. This pilot burner can be used with natural gas and with LP gas, which means that it can be used in a wide range of cooking equipment.
