The Blodgett BL16994 Blower Wheel is a fan used to circulate air inside the oven cavity by rotating around a motor shaft which provides a stream of air that spreads heat evenly throughout cooking periods. When the motor is turned on wheel turns and blows out ducts or vents as intended. It is installed in the blower assembly of the oven, usually on the shaft of the fan motor. The component is designed to fit in particular commercial ovens and is designed to replace the blower wheel when it is damaged, bent, or unbalanced to ensure that the air circulates.
