The Blodgett BL32302 Convection Oven 2-Speed Motor is a part that utilizes electrical energy to convert it into mechanical rotation to move the internal blower wheel at two different speeds. This option enables the unit to recirculate hot air at different levels to meet the different cooking requirements. The motor is mounted behind the interior baffle in the rear mechanical compartment of the oven with the 5/8" x 4-5/8" keyed shaft directly connected to the fan assembly. This element makes the air flow continuously over the heating elements and through the cooking chamber.
