The Blodgett BL5779 Caster W/Plate 4-Set is a spare mobile support wheels with mounting plates to fit compatible commercial convection ovens. These casters are attached to the bottom of the frame to enable the unit to be rolled to be repositioned, serviced, and cleaned. These are mounted on the plate hardware that is provided to ensure that the casters are stable under load. It is commonly used in restaurant kitchens, bakeries, and institutional foodservice facilities as a component of the support and mobility system of the equipment.
