The Blodgett R10472 Combination Steamer Float Switch Assembly is used to measure the amount of water in the reservoir of the oven, turning the system on or off accordingly to ensure that the system operates correctly. It detects a change in fluid height and transmits electrical impulses to control parts so that it will react automatically to an increase or decrease in fluid height. The float switch assembly can be installed in the water system and installed in an instance where it can simply sense the level of liquid and interface with the existing control circuitry.
