The Blodgett 55301 Blower Motor and Key is a replacement assembly that has an inbuilt shaft key that is used in commercial ovens. It activates the internal blower fan of the oven to circulate warm air, inside the oven cavity to achieve a better distribution of temperature and a consistent cooking behavior. The motor is fitted inside the air circulation system of the oven and is linked, to the blower wheel and electrical control to aid in the right flow of air. Professional kitchens and foodservice settings can use it to ensure consistent oven use in the normal cooking cycle.
