The Star Mfg 2U-43797 Blower Wheel 9-7/8" Diameter 2" Width 5/8" Bore is a replacement blower wheel, that is applicable in commercial oven ventilation systems. It blows air in the oven cavity, to provide uniform heating and uniform cooking behavior. The wheel is designed to fit on the blower motor shaft to create, a good airflow and temperature regulation with Star Manufacturing equipment. It promotes the correct air flow in the system, assists in keeping the operating temperatures constant and also serves to ensure the overall performance of the oven.
