The Vulcan Hart 00-959573-00001 Oven J-Type Thermostatic Safety Valve is essential part is intended to control the flow of the gas safely. It works with a system where gas flows in only if pilot light or the ignition system sends a signal that there is flame, this means that M classes do not allow gas and hence are safe during cooking. This valve uses a 1/8” FPT pilot and has a 3/8” FPT connection making it suitable for different systems. Advantages include, safety, improved temperature regulation and stability, overall performance, therefore suitable for commercial kitchen due to great importance of consistency when cooking.
