The American Range A14016 Infrared Broiler Burner AVB/AGBU produces heat by emitting infrared radiation, when gas is added and ignited, to create a high temperature cooking surface. It passes the energy to food to be seared or broiled without heating the air in the surroundings. The burner is to be installed in commercial broilers and it is mounted directly into the appliance to fit with the existing gas supply and ignition system.
