The American Range A14019 Infrared Broiler Burner 16-9/16" X 8" is a heat generator that uses gas to create infrared radiation which heats the surface to a high temperature to broil or sear food. It is then passed directly to the cooking surface and enables quick heating without heating the surrounding air. The burner is to be fitted in commercial broilers, directly attached to the appliance to be linked to the existing gas supply and ignition system.
