Star Mfg 2V-Y8832 Charbroiler Burner Control Manual Valve is used to regulate the flow of gas through the rotation of an internal mechanism that opens or closes the passage in the valve body. The valve permits the flow of gas when the handle is turned or closes the supply to the burner system connected. This is an inline manual gas valve that is installed in the gas supply line usually between the source of gas and the burner manifold. It is manually operated to switch it on and off during a startup, shutdown or servicing.
