The Star Mfg 2V-Y8832 Charbroiler Burner Control is used to regulate the amount of gas that flows to the assembly in compatible commercial appliance. It works with a manual control system which regulates gas flow to aid in the ignition and control of the burner flame during cooking. It is used in the gas control section of certain charbroiler models and is used in conjunction with the burner and fuel supply system to regulate heat output. It is frequently applied in restaurant kitchen preparing station and other commercial, food service setting, where gas-powered cooking equipment is used regularly for routine food preparation.

Installation Steps
