The Comark KM28KIT Thermometer Kit operates on a thermocouple probe to read the temperature in a broad both negative and positive temperature range of -40 to 1000F -40 to 500 °C. When the probe is inserted in food or on a surface, it picks up temperature changes and produces a small electrical signal which is sent to the digital display unit. This signal is in turn, translated by the system into an accurate temperature reading. It enables rapid reaction to temperature changes, which support to monitor accurately in case of cooking, cooling or storage.
