The Delfield 2194817KT-S Freezer Temperature Control Sensor with Knob and Dial Plate 115V is a sensor that monitors the internal temperature and adjusts the cooling system in response to the temperature variations. The installed knob enables the user to manually adjust the required temperature, and the dial plate provides an easy reference to make adjustments. It is installed in the freezer compartment and fits in the allocated space of the control panel, where it can be used easily to operate and monitor without necessarily changing the whole freezer.
