The Blodgett R6407 Oven Temperature Control 150-500F 120/240V is designed to regulate internal temperature by adjusting power flow to the warming element based on the heat sensor reading. This electronic interface controls input settings to provide a uniform baking, and roasting condition for commercial baking and roasting applications. The unit is mounted in the side control panel of the oven and is hardwired into the main wiring harness of the unit to ensure integration of the system. The board is a vital element in the electrical system controlling ignition timing, and fan speeds for uniform heat distribution.
