The Blodgett 34968 Convection Oven Controller operates with the input of temperature sensors and operator controls and processes the signals to control heating elements, fans, and timers based on the preconfigured cooking parameters. Its internal circuitry reads the instructions on the temperature and timing chosen and sends the relevant commands to the systems. This controller is installed in the control compartment of compatible ovens whereby it is connected to the wiring harness and front panel interface. The connector layout and design are in line.
