The Bar Maid CR-899 Bowl Scraper is used to scrape the inside of a mixing bowl to scrape the remaining contents as it is used to help push the contents back to the center to continue mixing. It is made of plastic and this allows it to be in contact with the wall of the bowl as it rotates with the mixing. This component is installed in compatible bar or drink mixer bowls that are installed to make contact with the bowl interior.
