The Alto-Shaam CS2026 Swivel Plate Caster with Brake 5" is a part to be used with compatible commercial foodservice equipment. This caster enables the unit to be rolled on the floor of the kitchen with ease, but to be controlled with its swivel design. The built-in brake keeps the equipment in a fixed position when it is being used, when it is being cleaned, or when loading. It is fixed to the bottom of the appliance with the plate pattern of 3-3/4" X 4-1/2" that provides support and stability in a kitchen setting.
