The Vulcan Hart 00-417490-00001 Thermostat Knob is used to regulate the temperature by enabling turning off and then using a clear scale to adjust the temperature between 200°F and 500°F. It operates by connecting with the internal thermostat stem, which provides a proper choice of heat when cooking or baking. This knob is mounted on the front control panel of compatible equipment to be directly accessed. It has a red finish to be easily identified visually and distinctly marked temperature indicators to enable uniform settings.
