The Vulcan Hart 00-418060-00002 Range Thermostat Knob Red 2" DIA OFF-550-200°F is a part that is installed on a thermostat D-stem to enable the user to manually select the temperature. A turn of the dial activates the internal mechanism to control the flow of heat depending on the selected setting. This is placed on the front control panel of the cooking unit, and it provides a visible interface to the operator. The red display with a diameter of 2 inches has white markings between 200°C and 550°C with a distinct off position.
