The Alto-Shaam GS-2398 Door Gasket Gray Rubber Type C is used to close fit on commercial food appliances. When the door is closed, it presses against the door to restrict the amount of heat lost and the amount of air that enters the house. This is placed around the edge of the door frame and cut to suit 10-foot installations in kitchens and holding areas. It assists in maintaining internal temperatures and closing the door correctly and assists in the maintenance of the food holding conditions in a consistent manner.
