The Rational 20.02.550P Oven Door Gasket 18.5" X 19.7" is a continuous contact seal that is used in compatible combi-oven systems to seal the cooking chamber door to the cabinet frame. It works with a flexible heat-resistant profile that condenses when the door is shut to support keeping the internal chamber conditions in the cooking cycles by reducing the air exchange around the perimeter of the door. The gasket is placed in the door channel of suitable SCC units and is fitted in a retaining groove around the frame to provide a uniform seal every time the door is opened and closed.
