The Blodgett 11867 Convection Oven Glass Door 20-1/2" X 14-1/4" is made of a heat-resistant windowpane that enables the user to see into the cooking area without the requirement to open the door. This part works by ensuring a thermal barrier but is transparent to allow light to pass through keeping internal heat from escaping. The glass pane is firmly fitted in the frame of the oven door using gaskets and retaining clips. This is a replacement component that will bring back the visibility into the unit and the internal temperature will be maintained constant throughout the baking process.
