The TRUE E801810 Defrost Heater works through the conversion of electrical energy to heat, which melts frost and ice that builds up in the refrigeration systems. Having a power rating of 950W at 115V, compatible refrigeration units. It is linked directly to the defrost control system of the appliance and it will automatically switch on when it is in defrost mode to ensure that the airflow is kept optimum.
