The Nemco 566-1 Cartridge Blade Assembly 3/16" slices or cuts food with its 3/16 inch blades attached to a rotating cartridge. The blades rotate and chop the ingredients into the same size to achieve the same output. This unit is placed in compatible food processors or slicers and is mounted on the centre spindle to fit in the feeding mechanism.
