The Randell EL HFT230 Thermostat monitors temperature within the equipment and cycles electrical current on or off when the selected setting is reached. Its dial-controlled mechanism allows users to adjust the temperature level while the internal switch responds to thermal changes during operation. This part is mounted in the control section of compatible commercial kitchen equipment where temperature regulation is needed. Designed with a D-stem shaft and flat-up knob configuration it supports temperature settings up to 235°F and, is rated for 20-amp operation on 120/240-volt electrical systems. The thermostat combines user-adjustable control with temperature-responsive switching.
