The Ultrafryer 18A056 Heating Element 7.5kW 208V is a high capacity electric heating element that transforms electrical energy into heat to increase the temperature of oil in commercial food service equipment. It is made up of coiled resistance elements which provide 7.5 kW of power at 208V allowing rapid and consistent heat transfer to the medium. This component is mounted in the tank where it is linked to the control system, and wiring harness. It provides the oil heating. which assists in maintaining the proper temperature for cooking.
