The Eloma E2000212 GMT High Temperature Gasket is a particular thermal seal that is formed between the door and the frame of the cooking chamber by compression. This part uses heat-defiant elastomers to prevent steam and hot air escape and preserve internal atmospheric pressure. To install the profile properly it is inserted into the required perimeter groove around the opening in the appliance so that it has a continuous contact surface. This thermal shield ensures that the high-heat cycles do not cause any thermal leakage and ensures the mechanical integrity of the convection settings of the equipment.
