The Eloma EL2005370 Combi Steamer IO-2-Board MM 17 enables the interaction between the user interface and the internal heating components, in that digital signals are processed to control the amount of moisture and temperature. This electronic part acts as a central regulator, decoding certain cooking programmes to operate the high-voltage relays and the speed of the motor when it is in operation. This circuit board is fitted in internal control compartment behind the main display panel to shield sensitive chips from direct heat. This is installed to ensure combined operation of automated steaming and convection operations of the unit.
