Pitco A6667103 Envelope Filter 14-3/8" X 20-1/2" W/Center Hole

The Pitco A6667103 Envelope Filter captures food particles and cooking residue from oil as it circulates through the filtration system during operation. It operates by allowing oil to pass through the filter material while trapping contaminants, and its 14-3/8-inch x 20-1/2-inch size with a center hole matches the designated filter holder for proper installation. This envelope filter is installed in the oil filtration compartment of a compatible commercial system, where it operates as part of the filtration assembly. It fits over the filter support, allowing oil to circulate through the filter during regular filtering cycles while collecting suspended debris and sediment.
