The Frymaster FM8065518 Fry Pot Cover 15-1/8" X 20-5/8" is a replacement part that fits in the commercial fryers. It provides a strengthened metal cover, that fits on the fryer pot to trap heat and stop oil splattering when using it. This cover is securely attached to the fryer and fits into the vat.
