The Frymaster FM8100327 Adjustable Caster supports commercial system equipment while allowing it to roll across a floor. Its threaded stem can be turned to change the installed height, adjusting the cabinet position above the surface. This assembly is fitted beneath MAC51/52 units at designated mounting points. The 4" wheel rotates under the frame as the appliance is moved or redirected. Without a brake, it remains to roll during repositioning. The mounting section connects with the equipment base, allowing movement during installation, cleaning, relocation, and service in commercial cooking conditions.
