The Frymaster FM8101018 Drain Valve regulates the movement of cooking oil from the system vessel into the connected drainage line. Turning the control opens the internal passage, allowing oil to flow outward, while closing the passage stops discharge from the vessel. The assembly is fitted in the drain section of compatible system equipment, connecting the vessel to the drainage piping. It has a 1-1/4-inch NPT outlet and a left inlet. The internal channel provides a direct route for oil to exit the vessel during draining or filtering operations.
