The Frymaster FM8121226 Drain Nipple is 10” long with a 1-1/4” male pipe thread connection, and it is used in commercial fryers and in the plumbing line from the drain outlet to the associated drainage line. Draining of the fryer will allow cooking oil to flow through this fitting to the designated collection/disposal area. The threaded end is used to join the various parts of the drain circuit together. The nipple is installed at the designated drain site and allows for the oil to flow continuously from the oil outlet and assists in maintaining the flow of oil in an orderly manner during the draining and maintenance of the fryer.
