The Frymaster FM106-3000SP Blower Assembly 230V is used to operate the blower wheel to force air into the combustion chamber of the gas fryer to ensure uniform heat distribution. When it is on the motor will rotate the blower to pull air in and push it through the burner chamber to assist in the heating. This assembly is fitted into the cabinet of the fryer and it is set up close to the burner and combustion parts to allow the cooking system to have adequate airflow.
