Tri-Star 300225 Fryer Gas Valve is a 7000 BMVR used to regulate the flow of liquid propane in commercial fryers. It is controlled to operate at an outlet pressure of 10" water column to maintain a constant amount of gas flow to the burner to maintain a constant amount of heat output during cooking. This is installed directly in the gas line of the fryer and it communicates with the control system of the appliance to ensure safe and reliable operation. It is essential in ensuring the proper functioning of the burner to ensure that the fryer has consistent temperatures.
