The Groen Z002648S Natural Gas Control Valve regulates the supply of fuel by opening or closing its internal passage of flow, based on the status of its adjustment mechanism. With a change in the setting, it controls the amount of gas that is directed to the burner, which affects the output of the flame during operation. The control valve is fitted to the gas line of the appliance, usually close to the burner or ignition system where it is connected to other fuel elements to ensure that the correct amount of gas is delivered during operation of the equipment.
