The Cleveland 22228 Gas Control Valve is used to control the flow of gas in a convection steamer which is opened and closed by electrical signals from the control system. It operates on a 24V connection and is fitted with a 3/4" inlet and is used to control burner operation and to ensure the proper heating process during cooking cycles. This part is usually fitted into the gas supply part of a compatible convection steamer and links to the burner and fuel transfer assembly. It is designed to aid in the controlled distribution of gas in the steamer heating, and temperature management system.
