The BKI (Barbeque King) G0136 Pressure Gauge 0-30 PSI is a dial-reading part that uses a sensing element that reacts to the pressure changes in the system and displays the pressure reading. The internal mechanism pushes the needle over the calibrated dial as the pressure and indicates the present value. This gauge is attached to the control panel or manifold of the fryer, and the sensing line of the gauge is attached to the pressure system. It is placed where operators can observe it when in operation to monitor pressure in cooking equipment continuously.
