The Groen GR013481 High Limit Thermostat monitors heat at a designated point and interrupts the heating operation when the selected limit is reached. The 3/16-inch sensing bulb detects temperature changes, while the 36-inch capillary carries those changes to the internal control mechanism for high-limit response. The 12-1/4-inch bulb is positioned within the specified sensing area of compatible cooking equipment, with the control assembly connected to the appliance’s temperature circuit. Its KX configuration provides selectable 425°F or 550°F settings with the stated bulb and capillary dimensions.
