The Champion 109985 Heater O-Ring Seal is a circular elastomer sealing component for a commercial dishwasher. To seal the water leakage around the heating element assembly. It does this by clamping between the mating metal or housing surfaces to create a tight seal, and prevent water from leaking out of the heater connection during wash cycles under pressure and heat. The flexible ring stays in contact throughout the joint interface, allowing for thermal expansion and vibration, and keeping the internal water path within the heater enclosure.
