The Henny Penny HEN151744 Fryer Solenoid Valve 120V operates by using an electromagnetic coil to open and close a plunger mechanism in the gas or water line. When a current of 120 volts of electricity is passed through the rotor it forms a magnetic field that manually lifts the valve to either allow or prevent the flow of fluid depending on the operational requirements of the unit. This particular component is firmly installed in the inner plumbing manifold of the commercial deep fryer.
