The Henny Penny HEN164323 Filter Pump Hub Mount 5 GPM circulates cooking oil by pumping fluid through the filter system and pumping it at a regulated five gallons per minute flow. It works through a hub-mounted pump system that recirculates oil in the fryer through filtration elements and back into the system. The unit fits on the pump hub in compatible fryer filter assemblies. It is used in commercial kitchen equipment to aid the constant flow of oil when the filtering cycles are going on. The hub-mount system is compatible with the existing pumping system.
