The Blodgett R2630 High Limit Thermostat is a temperature safety control designed for use in compatible commercial systems. This switch monitors internal temperatures and interrupts electrical or gas operation if heat levels exceed the preset safety limit. Installed within the ovens control circuit, it prevents the overheating conditions, that could affect internal components or system operations. In commercial kitchen conditions, the high-limit thermostat operates as a protective element within the ovens temperature control system and responds to excessive heat, by stopping the heating process until safe operating conditions are restored.
