The stainless steel agitator is rotated at various speeds in this mechanism to aerate liquid and add ingredients into a smooth consistency. The unit is to be permanently mounted on countertops or heavy workstations when space is a consideration. An enclosed casing prevents the internals from being flooded with liquid, and the bottom weight keeps the casing stable when in high-speed use.
