The Cleveland C4018001 Auto-Ignition Electrode Long is an ignition part for commercial gas cooking equipment. Produces the electrical spark to start up the burner during the startup sequence. It is placed close to the burner, when the ignition system sends a high-voltage signal to it, a spark is formed, which starts the combustion. Installed in the burner assembly and used in conjunction with the ignition controls to assist in automatic burner lighting and it is used to aid in the start of the burner and to ensure proper heating operation.
