The Moffat M023024 Ignition Module produces controlled electrical pulses to start the gas in the baking parts and cooking appliances used commercially. It works with the regulated system of the appliance to provide the sparks at the right time in the startup sequence so that burners can be lit in an efficient way. The unit is intended to be installed close to the stove assembly of the skillet and can be attached to the existing wiring and ignition electrodes to make sure that the module is placed in the right position to operate properly in the cooking unit.
