The Silver King 23918 Milk Dispensers Jaw Valve is a component that works on a hinged mechanism that opens when the handle is activated and closes when it is released to allow fluid to pass through the valve body. Internal clamps are used to align the dispensing passage with the stream in serving, keeping it closed between uses, and coordinated with the internal tubing of the appliance. It is fitted at the end of a compatible milk dispenser, which is mounted at the front dispensing point underneath the spout where the product flows into cups or containers.
