The Lincoln LIN369393 Ignition Control Module 24V 60Hz is the electrical regulating part that initiates the process by controlling the electrical flow to the pilot or main burner assembly. When the thermostat send a signal to the internal circuitry, it produces a high-voltage spark and opens the gas valve to begin combustion. This element is fitted in the electrical section of industrial furnaces to allow pinpoint regulation of the heating cycle. The unit runs on a 24-volt AC circuit at a standard frequency of 60Hz, so that it can be compatible with standard commercial kitchen wiring.

Installation Steps

Step1: Disconnect electrical power and shut off the gas supply to the oven before servicing.

Step2: Open the control compartment and locate the existing ignition control module.

Step3: Label and disconnect all wiring connections from the old module.

Step4: Remove the mounting screws and take out the existing control module.

Step5: Install the new ignition control module and secure it in place.
